Vision Care Associates

Vision Care Associates does a great job! I have been a customer for several years. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with picking out glasses and ordering my contacts. Not only do they make you feel like a priority, but they are kind and genuine throughout all of their services. Every time I need help with insurance, or just someone to help me feel confident in a new pair of eyewear, they put me first and help answer all of my questions. I recommend everyone to go here and thank them for their service!

My family has been a patient there for 4 years. My kids have had multiple pairs of glasses break. Always replaced free of charge. I have consistently changing eyes due to meds I'm on for cancer. She's gone above and beyond ensuring they were always covered by insurance. They care about you as a patient and person. We've had nothing but great care over these years. I recently had to go to another optician because they were closed for remodeling. It was not a good experience. In fact they were going to charge me $233. I called vision Care. I had another script change remaining on my insurance. That to me is definition of quality service and customer care.

It was a very pleasant time for me with the eye doctor. I was very impressed on how young she was but mostly of her knowledge and how well she explained things to me. It is nice to be treated by someone so cheerful, it really makes a person at ease and comfortable. Not only the doctor but her staff members were very comforting. If I could, I would add one more star.

3 years ago Lynn and the team helped me find my perfect pair of glasses. Fast forward to now- Covid-19- I'm a nurse in need of new glasses that work better with constant mask wear and fogging. Lynn stepped up to the plate and totally helped me find another perfect pair. You're not just a customer here, you're part of the family. This is highly personalized care! Thank you to the entire team working to help everyone to the fullest.

I really enjoyed my eye exam appointment. I was nervous because I had chosen to do the Optomap scan of my eyes (because I'm a migraine person and light causes migraines). But, I made it through the scan and the rest of the appointment was a cinch. They have very modern equipment and it's so easy to get an exam. Dr. Freitag is wonderful! He's not afraid to laugh and has a great personality and is very people friendly ... and I can sense that he's a sweetie. The eye glass lady is wonderful too! She really knows her stuff on how to fit you for glasses, and she's so pretty and sweet and friendly. Will continue going to this place as they've won us right over.

I have been a customer of Total Eyewear for a few years now so I was saddened when they changed to Vision Care Associates. I had a rapport i'd built with Lynn and the rest of the team and trusted the work they did. I made an appointment anyway and was pleasantly surprised to discover this was more of a merger and not a new company. They still had my records and the employees I knew were still there. Even though they were in between renovations, it was exciting to see that they are upgrading to different/new technology. The new optometrists are nothing short of professional and wonderful. For anyone who shares the same initial thoughts I had, be assured you will not be disappointed with the changes.

I had wonderful experience working with the Vision Care team. Everyone was exceptionally professional and just simply kind. They have a great selection of glasses and provide superior advice on what to choose. I highly recommend them for any of your eye care needs.

Bad, very bad service take them long time to receive the contact and lenses. I went on the ends of March to my daughter and my exam. 2 weeks after that I can access my contact samples and my daughter don't have her glasses because the lab receive the prescription on April 8 more later than a week we went there. Also, when the contact arrive the attendance told me she can't give me my sample contacts until the doctor see me again. Never in my life I was wasted time like that. Always when I bought lens on the past I try the sample first and then see the doctor to confirm my prescription.
