Thank you for wasting my time in my life!! Scheduled me an appointment on a Friday but wrote the 21st at 10am but come to find out I didn't even have one scheduled because no one does their job! Then scheduled on a Friday the 22nd since the Friday the 21st of march was actually a Thursday. Then I get asked for insurance when I was sent there by Sioux San. The secretary tells me to ask Sioux San if they are covering my contact appointment. Why don't you do your job to get paid. I won't be calling around to find out if I'm covered to be seen there. The doctor is the one that scheduled it even though I said I was referred there. I won't ever come back here again! Maybe other people like their time wasted but not this Veteran of the U.S. Navy!!

I had an appointment today with Dr Wilke who I really like. However, this business employs rude, condescending receptionist. I arrived to my scheduled appointment 8 minutes early, called at 6 minutes early to alert them of my arrival. 10 minutes after my appointment time I called back inquiring as to why I was being held up and politely informed the first receptionist Katherine that my time is valuable as well and I don't appreciate being made to wait, she informed me there were several add ins that day I attempted to inform her there poor planning was not my problem I took time off work and she hung up on me. I called back again got Katherine and asked the name of the office manager, Cindy Foust, i asked to speak to her. Waited several more minutes, got Cindy she was apologetic, tried to blame the situation on covid. I informed her we have a responsibility to our clients, covid isn't new and we can't keep using that as an excuse, she attempted to say a 10-20 minute wait time is STANDARD , (Someone needs to write better goals because 20 minute delay is unacceptable) I informed her of her rude receptionist, she said she would research and cb. I informed her I was leaving as I should have been done by now. Shortly after that another receptionist called to inform me they were ready for me...20+minutes past my appointment time. I informed her I was already in contact with Cindy Foust, she said why? I said because I don't appreciate being treated like my time is invaluable and as I was stating that she beligerintly interrupted me with "MAM! MAM! WE HAD AN EMERGENCY EYE SURGERY" So now I've had 3 excuses, add ins, covid, and now an emergency eye surgery. All of which are not my problem. No courtesy call either. Cindy calls back an hour later, her rep Katherine lied and said she asked me a question twice didn't hear me and that's why she hung up. I informed cindy of the contact with her even ruder, aggressive interrupting cow of a receptionist and she promptly made excuses for her as well. Guess I need to find somewhere else to go as the management is too unprofessional for my taste and that sucks because I really thought wilke was/is a great doctor.

If I could give a zero star review I would. From the moment that they called to schedule our appointment I should have run away with my son. They are a joke. Our appointment started over 30 minutes late and the entire process was delay after delay. I called on Wednesday to leave a message for our doctor to get a prescription written about something we talked about during our appointment and 3 days later I get a call back telling me I just need an artificial tear that I can get over the counter. Not what I need at all. The receptionist did not want to have to ask the doctor again for what I needed and just went silent. I told her I would find another doctor and she said "ok" and hung up on me. Don't waste your time.

This was my first time there and I'd give them 10 Dr.Slingsby did a wonderful job on my eye thank u so much when I first saw him I was so surprised because of his appearance and honestly I thought he was very very young 18 or 19 years old....when I was told I needed lazer eye surgery right away I was very nervous kinda scared because I never had any problems with my eyes. The staff and Doctor made me feel very comfortable so I knew I was in good hands it didn't take long and I feel a lot better so I wanna thank Dr Slingsby and his staff for Thier trust and comfort they are a blessing good job
