Dr Brown is excellent at his profession and a nice man. I had one cataract removed in Pierre and the other at Dr. Brown's office in Rapid City. Both surgeries were quick, professional, and had great results. When I met Dr. Brown in his office originally, my vision was blurred as though I was looking through two sheets of saran wrap. Now I'm back to 2020 vision. As I type this, I'm not using reading glasses, which was an unexpected added bonus to the procedure. I should add that Dr. Brown has a great working relationship with my optometrist in Pierre, Dr. Mike Bartlet. Because of their relationship I'm able to do my follow ups at home. When I went out for the surgery in Rapid City, I was driven there by a friend. When we left the clinic, he commented that it was obvious to him that the people there loved their work. Everyone that I met from reception to nursing to anesthesia to the young man who helped with my follow-up visit were kind and caring and even fun. I could not give a higher recommendation. Dr. Brown is patient, thorough, and kind. He explained everything well so I knew what to expect from start to finish with my Lasik surgery. The staff are all welcoming, helpful, and well-equipped to answer any questions you might have. No one at the clinic ever made me feel pressured to get the surgery, which was refreshing. I felt I had plenty of time to make the right decision for me. Two years later, I am still so glad I did it! My eyes are in great condition and I love not having to worry about glasses or contacts just to go about my day.

I got Lasik surgery done here about 1 1/2 years ago. Absolutely life changing. They did such a good job once my eyes were fully healed I can't even tell the surgery happened besides the fact my vision is phenomenal. I was left with 20/15 vision in both eyes. Everything leading up to and including the surgery was a breeze and the team was fantastic. I paid for this on financing @ 100$/month. I am so pleased with my results I would pay the 100$/month for the rest of my life if that's what it took to have perfect vision. 15/10 stars extremely worth it, would recommend wright vision center to anyone.

I'm so THANKFUL I had this surgery with Dr. Brown, it's easily one of the best decisions of my life! In my old contacts I wasn't even able to see 20/20 (my prescription & astigmatism was pretty high), but after my EVO ICL surgery with Dr. Brown, I see 20/20 with no glasses, no contacts! For years I was in thick rimmed glasses and only occasional contacts when I was feeling brave. Sunglasses were only an option when I was willing to pour in countless drops to combat the inevitable dryness. I thought that was how it was going to be the rest of my life... until Dr. Brown!! He walked through the options, taking the time to thoughtfully answer my questions about this new ICL procedure. I felt exceedingly confident with him and with his team. The staff are wonderful! They made every step of the process comfortable and easy. From the start with initial testing to the final post op recovery, I knew I was in good hands. I recently received Lasik surgery from Dr. Brown at Wright Vision Center. From my very first consultation I felt that I was in great hands. The office is beautiful, the staff was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and best of all I can now see 20/20! I was in and out of the building on the day of surgery in less than an hour. I highly recommend them for all your eye surgery needs!

The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Brown took time to explain what was going on with my eye and how he would fix it. The surgery was quick and appointments are usually next-week instead of months out.. I highly recommend GPES.

I had lasik done about 2 months ago by Dr. Brown. He was fantastic and explained everything very well. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and post lasik instructions. The staff was great and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend going to see Dr. Brown!

Cataracts Style Surgery - Explore All Surgeons In Case Something Goes Wrong. I previously left a 5 star review until the pain has hit a new extreme trying to write this. My CLR surgery, while done properly, didn't resonate for my eyes, which is no one's fault. The issue was a seemingly youthful, inexperienced reaction to unexpected results. Examples include: Disorganization of my medical records in house. Prescribing medications for my eyes that have no follow up, or plan to ween off. Having no follow up appointment after my last visit. I'd explore other options fully before committing to this team in case something possibly goes wrong in any way. One of the assistant's, Doreen is an absolute delight I will say . Super helpful at all times.
