Got a new pair of glasses that fit pretty decent. After first day the glasses pinched my head behind my ear on one side. I explained and showed the person working where the problem was. Apparently she wasn't interested in my thoughts about how the glasses fit. Without any consideration from what I had showed her, she started bending on the bows. When she handed them back the fit was terrible. The glasses squeezed my head so hard it pushed the glasses forward on my head and would not stay in place on my head. After the third try the glasses still pinch my head so hard after a day it is painful to wear my new glasses. I have had the glasses for over a month and worn them 3 days. I will be seeing them again tomorrow, hopefully they can make them fit better. I'm not holding my breath. One thing for sure, pearl vision will never sell me another pair of gasses.

This place is a complete JOKE! Took 4 trips, 45 minutes one way to get my glasses correct! Then after getting my prescription, I find out it was ONLY for glasses. So now, I have to go to another eye exam just to get contacts since I didn't need contacts at the time of my exam because I still had some left. If ZERO stars was an option, that's what they deserve!

I am so impressed with this place. I called to see if they had any appointments available sooner rather than later and it turned out I could get in the very next day. I came in super early and they were able to get the papers I needed to fill out done as well as get me back in the exam room within minutes of getting there. The doctor was so professional and quick. The lady who helped me pick out glasses truly was the sweetest, patient women ever. I found my perfect glasses frame and decided what lens worked the best for me. I came back an hour later and picked up my new prescription glasses!! Insane. 100/10 recommend. I will be returning for all future needs.
