A lot of attention to detail! Asked me a lot of questions and genuinely listened and cared about my answers. This was the most competent eye clinic I've been to in years. Cannot say enough good things! If you're not going here, why the heck aren't you? Excellent! Best I've seen in many years.

I've been working in the area and came in June for an eye exam and everything was great, the staff treated me awesome, no complaints there. When it came time for payment Vision Care Associates had given me a price on lenses and I said OK, but I had for got my wallet and said I would make the payment tomorrow so they could start the ordering of my lenses. When I called them the next day to make the payment I gave them my credit card and all the info they needed. Well, I checked my CC statement a couple days later and it turned out that they charged me 70$ more than what they originally said it would be, but what made me upset was that no one bothered to call me and tell me that it was going to be more than what what they told me. That was VERY unprofessional of them and unacceptable and yes I did call and all they could do was apologize. I was shocked that I even referred a coworker.

this is the worst place I've been to get glasses... maybe they shouldn't be so rude to customers... if you aren't happy with your job by all means find another one... your job is mainly customer service.... I've had better service at McDonald's.... never going back and will not recommend to anyone...
