Excellent service! I was so impressed for the warm welcoming and coffee or tea making to all patients by the receptionist in waiting room, that made me feel warm. Then doctor was so kind and patient to check my eye and explained well in English to me. I was so glad to have control in this clinic. Top service to all! Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant experience at this place, as the staff and doctors were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The atmosphere was welcoming too. The only downside is the waiting time - waiting one hour for my first appointment without receiving an apology is a bit of a shame. Despite this, the overall service was good.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal im Augenarzte-Zentrum Luzern und kann es nur empfehlen. Ich hatte plotzlich ein Problem in einem Auge und habe gestern vergeblich versucht, beim Augenarzt meines Mannes einen baldigen Termin zu bekommen. Bis April (!!!) kann ich leider nicht warten!
Also habe ich gegoogelt und diese wunderbare Praxis gefunden. Volltreffer! Die nette Dame am Telefon (Frau Elmiger?) hat mich ernst genommen und mir einen Termin fur heute fruh gefunden. Dr. Clausen hat mich professionell und freundlich untersucht und beraten; Frau Baumann hat effizient und freundlich vier verschiedene Kontrollen auf modernsten Geraten durchgefuhrt.
Ich bin jetzt beruhigt, dass mein Aug bald wieder in Ordnung sein wird und weiss, wo ich hin kann, sollte ich wieder ein Problem haben. Danke vielmals!
