Visited Pediatrics Clinic B6 today for my daughter's eye check-up. The consultation experience was very good. The doctor listened patiently, examined her carefully, and explained the condition clearly in simple terms. We felt comfortable throughout the visit, and the staff were also supportive. Overall, satisfied with the consultation and care provided.

I called the insurance team to clarify some doubts about my coverage. But they were not ready to listen properly. They just kept repeating, "Come to hospital and check your coverage." I only had a few simple questions, but they didn't answer anything clearly over the phone. It was frustrating because not everyone can come to the hospital just to ask small doubts. I hope the hospital improves the response from the insurance team and gives proper clarification.

Recently took my retina cataract treatment and surgery in your hospital, and the entire experience was extremely good. The doctor clearly explained the condition, treatment options, and the surgery process. The cataract operation was done smoothly and pain-free. The staff were very kind, supportive, and guided us well during every step. The hospital is clean and well equipped with modern technology. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend this hospital for cataract care.

Went for prolonged eye stye and eye infection prescribed to take medicine for 15 days. After 3rd visit they suggested for minor surgery , stated that the specialist from Madurai is onboard to operate the eye on 27.02.2026 and also told that we will inform you before 2 days regarding about the operation and confirmation now it has been almost a week we didn't receive any call or message about the operation cancellation or availability of the doctor.In mean time I suffered with eye infection and severe pain .The contact number given on the ID card was found to be useless. The grievance numbers in the hospital was not recharged when when we a contacted the landline number of hospital reception they shifted to somebody else and talking rudely like "if you want to treat it as emergency you have to visit either Coimbatore or Madurai hospital. We will inform you when the doctor is available". Is this a proper manner of a hospital stating different answers and in a irresponsible way ? Now who will tolerate or bear the pain and trouble?

Recently, I went to Aravind Eye Hospital in Salem. I was affected by a viral eye infection, and both my eyes were very red. Because of this problem, I suffered severe pain for about one week. I traveled from Ambur to Salem. Before that, I consulted two local eye doctors, but there was no improvement at all. None of the eye drops they prescribed worked for me. Later, I visited Aravind Eye Hospital and completed the treatment there. After returning home in the evening, I used the eye drops and medicines they prescribed for the viral infection. The next morning, I experienced a sudden improvement of about 60%, and I was able to see clearly. The result was very surprising.
