Very worst hospital in salem, they treat only high class people well, doctor doesn't seems experienced only he matured in age not in character and professional expertise. They will make you to visit multiple times for a simple procedure. They had tie-up with other scan centre and send you for scan there for unnecessarily. Money was not the matter but the unnecessary multiple visits will collapse our days. If you are rich and wealthy you can visit or otherwise better go to other hospitals like Aravind, Lotus etc... I got very worst experience with Dr. Chandrasekaran and their team. There is no negative star otherwise I will give negative stars to them.

I had a cataract surgery for my mother with Dr.Chandrasekar and the service by doctor was very professional. Thank you for the care

Very very worst receptionist lady ,..they are not responding properly,..

Worst customer handling service. The woman has no idea how to speak to a customer. She doesn't want the patient to consult the doctor. Doctor is good in his profession. Customers can move to other hospital(n number of doctors/hospitals)if the lady will be like this as she is behaving like a head of all.

For kids not ok... Didn't diagnosed properly.. They r telling just allergies only when v went .. Later went to other hospital and diagnosed as retinal scar.. They didn't diagnosed the problem... Not satisfied....

One of the worst receptionist i had ever dealt with in terms of medical emergencies and clearly no respect for the patients/customers .. Also, doctors responses are not satisfactory like old times ..!!
