So far I had purchased about a dozen spectacles for the entire family. But when I claimed warranty request on 15th of February and handed one pair of spectacles, the staff kept on saying that they require atleast one week time. Again I went on 22nd of February but they Again said that there is no stock in the company and require some more days. So patiently again I went to store on 26th evening of February and got the same response that they require some more days. Curiously when I enquired about the delay, the lady recklessly replied that I am not paying her salary and she will handover only when the company returns after repair. Later I was shocked to know that they raised the request only on 23rd February even though I give on 15th February. When I told them that they are spoiling the company's reputation, the lady staff recklessly told to call company's toll free number. This type of behavior is very unwanted even though the delay is from their side. I hope management will take proper action in this regard

Extremely poor quality spectacle frames -- they charged me 5000 claiming a "buy one, get one" offer, yet both frames broke in less than a year despite careful handling. I wouldn't recommend buying spectacles from here. I'll try Lenskart next time.

This place is a horrible place to visit it's not worth for 1 STAR also. That star is for the employees for their softness and politeness.
I've received my spectacles after 12 days after my multiple follow ups. In spite of many follow ups they gave a faulty spectacles and again took another 2 days to modify them. Now a days many brands provide within 2-3 days but this company took 14 days to deliver the same.
I suggest not to take from this brand as they promise something and deliver nothing.They suggested me for ultra thin glasses but at the end this tend to be much more thick compared with my earlier spectacles when the power is still the same.
They just loot money giving wrong suggestions and advices. Please don't believe them as this is not a reliable brand.

The violated color frames especially look trendy and also the transparent frames are wow.
The best thing is the offers... Buy one and get one free.. 1000/- offer is best. This the cheapest price someone can offer and i really love this store
