Recently went for cataract surgery for my father for both eyes. Dr. Lavanya was authorised for us. From Day 1 our experience was good. They didn't took consultation fee because of EHS as my father was a retired employee. Staff behaviour very decent. Specially insurance department helped alot. As there was some delay in approval of claim the councellor and tpa worked hard to make it as early as possible. Special thanks to them. Highly recommend Dr.Agarwal hospital.

Excellent Experience with Dr. Sofia Anjum
I had a truly wonderful experience at Dr. Agarwal's Hospital under the care of Dr. Sofia Anjum. She is extremely professional, patient, and kind. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the diagnosis.
Before this, I had visited LV Prasad Eye Institute twice at two different branches. Even after going through multiple rooms, multiple checks, and explaining my issue in every possible way, they still couldn't diagnose the problem.
But with Dr. Sofia, it was completely different. She took one look at my eyes and without me even saying a single word, she immediately understood what was wrong and diagnosed me with dryness.
I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Sofia Anjum. Barakallahu Feeha

This is such a third class hospital, these are third class services, appointments of staff and doctors were also made, even after that 3 hours of waiting No one is going to answer properly, Dr. One is available, 100 people are appointed, but no one is going to answer
If I ask about your hospital then many people were also tired before you, tell me the whole hospital was empty when the one who came after me also left.

Doctors are very experienced and diagnosis is also very good, however you have to go through a lengthy screening process which may not be necessary and waiting time is approx 2.5hrs. So carry snacks and water and prepare for waiting. Staff are well mannered and knowledgeable.

One of the worst hospital branch in Santosh nagar. Online consultation is useless here, it's too much surprise from the management or doctors mgmt here. They asked to wait for 3 hours when I already took appointment at 5.30pm today and denied to meet doctor for pre-appointment,, they say for Dr.Vidyasagar doctor everyone has to wait. Why so much hype or advertisements here and there when you can't even manage properly. Hoping Dr. vidyasagar to rethink on proper,well planned, patient management. Hope things change and never happen to any other patient who is really in needful.

I visited Agarwals Eye Hospital for an appointment with Dr. Lavanya, and the experience was quite disappointing. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I was asked to wait for a long time. What made it more frustrating was that the doctor appeared to be inside the room engaged in phone calls or casual conversation, while patients were told she was "busy."
If the doctor is occupied with non-patient activities, it defeats the purpose of taking appointments and ends up wasting patients' time. Better time management and respect for scheduled appointments would greatly improve the experience and its humble request to hire professional receptionist.
I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and ensures smoother, more professional handling of appointments in the future.
