Starting with Nagraaj ji, the counsellor -- he is a very kind and helpful person. He explained everything clearly and patiently, making us feel comfortable throughout the process. Even after my mother's eye operation, he has continued to assist us -- whenever I call him, he responds immediately and provides support.
I would also like to appreciate the entire staff for their cooperation and professionalism. A special thanks to Dr. Arpana Aaygari ma'am -- she is very soft-spoken and handled my mother's surgery excellently.
