Visited this place a week back, my mom had some vision problem, though I have known doctors, I just googled and on the reviews I saw, picked this place and call the doctor, he lifted the call and gave the quick response and we visited the next hour. It is located in sainikpuri, nearby to the 5th Avenue bakers for landmark and for easy reference there is makers of milkshakes, in the same building it is located in 3 rd floor and the lift is also available. Coming to covid precautions, sanitizer was provided, temperature check was done and the staff were also wearing the masks. Doctor hari chandranan was polite and humble, asked all the issues and checked the total eye and explained us that there was a little sight and its common at that age and recommended a spectacle for further usage. I would recommend this place for any of your eye related issues and everything should be going smooth and well for everybody.

I had a great experience during my eye check-up. The entire process was smooth and professional. The doctor was very thorough, and the treatment was well-explained and effective. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this clinic for eye care!

A very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I recently visited this eye hospital, and it was a highly frustrating experience. The doctor was not only rude and sarcastic but also concluded the consultation without proper diagnosis. I was told I had cataracts, likely due to my diabetes and recent Lasik surgery. However, I felt the conclusion was made too quickly without proper diagnosis. The doctor prescribed new glasses, but when I tried them, the prescription was completely off, and I couldn't see clearly at all. In fact I could see better without the glasses. When I refused to accept the glasses and requested my advance payment back it was rudely denied. I was told I could get a second opinion and would need to bring in the prescription for new glasses. However, I don't have confidence that they would provide the correct glasses even after a second opinion. After all they just care about their profit. This is a very unfair practice. It's clear that their priority seems to be pushing for a surgery (which may not be necessary at all) for their own profit rather than ensuring that they provide proper advice and treatment. To make matters worse, no eye drops or other treatments were prescribed, despite the eye condition I was facing. When I left a review expressing my dissatisfaction, the hospital responded by blaming me for my health issues in a condescending manner. This felt extremely unprofessional, so I deleted my review, but I feel it's important for others to be aware of their unfair practices. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to proceed with extreme caution despite the good reviews which is what made me go to this hospital in the first place. It's very sad that we place our trust in the doctors to help us and give proper advice but all they care about is profits even by unfair practices. To the doctor - It's not just about your medical advice - it's about getting proper glasses to suit me and not being pressured into unnecessary treatments, while taking people's hard earned money and duping your patients. No matter what you say in your reply, I stand by the fact that you guys have duped a patient for your own profit.

Dr Harikrishna is extremely efficient, sharp, active and patient friendly. The support staff are well trained,, adequately knowledgeable withe excellent manners. The ambiance is cool, calm and clean. I strongly recomend EYERIS CARE for all kinds of EYE ISSUES.

Highly friendly, competent and efficient doctor. Got both eyes done there. Listens patiently to problems, does a thorough eye examination. Excellent follow-up post Operation Also just had a minor surgery done as a blood clot was detected in one eye. The level of pre operation investigation and the very detailed explanation of the result of the same to both me and my son who accompanied me was remarkable. The surgery was done in a professional manner and was totally painless.
