We had an appointment today at 3:50 PM for my mother's post eye-surgery follow-up (3 days after surgery). Even after waiting until 4:50 PM, no one called us for the check-up.
We were sitting near the reception the entire time, but there was no proper response, update, or communication from the staff. For a patient who recently underwent eye surgery, this kind of delay and lack of coordination is very disappointing.
Doctors may be busy, but basic communication and time management are expected, especially for follow-up patients. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the patient experience

Came to Alwal Centre for Retina check up. Took appointment for Dr Dhanush. He is not available in centre. They informed another Dr Kushboo. Came to centre at 8.45 AM. Technician check up done. Without Doctor checking, counter staff suggesting for scanning. Service is deteriorating day by day. No attention to patient. Waiting for more than 2 hours.

My children broke my eye glasses hence came for a check up and for purchase of new glasses on 05 Feb 26 the optical centre was filled with customers and I had to wait for may be another hour hence left and came back on 07 feb 26 the same situation. My request to the management is to open one or two more counters because a single person deployed in the counter will always cause delay and Chaos in the system and people will walk away.
