Very well maintained eyecare centre. Well organized interms of service and staffing. Everyone is very helpful. They have an optical store on the ground floor and doctors consultation on the first floor.

Sadly the revised timings do not suit working folks at all; this shouldn't be the case.

Excellent care, both my parents had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Mitta few years ago & are doing fine. General consultation includes optometry & procedural check by the eye doctor. Optical shop is on the ground floor, economy & mid range frames are available, if looking for bit expensive & fashionable frames, maybe titaneye or max vision would be better. Chandu, the optometrist is polite & professional 5* Dr. Mitta is brilliant as always, thankyou.

This Mitta has damaged one eye of my mother. Such a simple cataract operation has been performed so badly that she is suffering day in day out. On top of which he simply bluffs. Most idiotic and unprofessional doctor. suggesting all to be very very cautious before approaching for surgeries.

I don't understand the point of giving tokens here because no one gives a damn about those tokens. Came here at 9:30 in the morning and it's been over an hour and very pathetic service by the staff they call whomever they want and however they want. Complete abuse of tokens. When asked that people who came after my token number are going they say wait 10mins, Doctor is busy and all sorts of craps. I have been going since 2015 but lately I believe that if you value your time this place is not worth it. Better find other places even if it is slightly expensive than this one.

I suggest everyone not to go to this hospital. The doctor is not experienced and does not have wide knowledge about the diseases. 2 people in my house had faced the problem. In one case the doctor himself couldn't recognise what the patient was actually suffering from. In the 2nd case he had told that there was problem where there isn't any problem at all. The patient using the medication constantly which was prescribed by him. But later realised, that she had been using the prescribed medicine when there wasn't any problem at all.

Rubbish! The man (Dr Mitta) doesn't have the basic value and principles of time in life. A man who cannot respect and value others time, cannot be trusted with what he does. Everyone has to wait on his highness. We checked in at 9am and his highness came only at 10:11am. Can you imagine the waste of time! We just walked off and left our registration and consultant fee as donation for his charity work.

This incident happened 6 months back >> One of the worst experience i had here with this eye clinic, my dad had an eye surgery here. And then my mom suggested me to visit the doctor for my eye sight and eye floaters, staff was very co-operative (2 stars go for the staff). After a long wait my turn came doc hardly spent 2 min with my check up and when i questioned him that i want to go for laser treatment he yelled at me that he already said to meet him later for that (he didn't) and said to use spectacles for time being, when i asked him about eye floaters >> trust me he was literally ringing the bell for the next patient to come in. There are many ways to earn money but doing a white collar job, serving people, code of medical ethics not in to his court.
