The way of ritu madam taking with patients is not properly. they are telling that we are running the hospital for danda purpose only not for patients satisfaction. The way of taking madam is very rudely. I suggest her to behave properly with patients because we are coming near you on trust. Money is not important.

Dr is very experienced. My mother went through surgery in her both eyes with a considerable number of days gap on emergency. The way Dr treated her is above satisfactory. the service of the nursing staff and supporting staff is appreciable and worth mentioning... Infrastructure is good which doesn't require any words to say.

I am Vasantha yedavally. I took my mother for cataract surgery to Rishab eye care . She has been visiting the hospital since more than a decade. She insisted on going to this hospital as she trusts and has great faith in Dr Rajalingam . All the staff is very cordial , supportive,friendly and approachable .
She got operated for both the eyes and she is doing quite fine.
I thank Dr Rajalingam and Dr Rita Rajalingam from the bottom of my heart.

I and my daughter had a very bad experience at Rishab Eye Centre, ECIL. I was made to wait for 2.5 hours, even though there was no proper communication from the staff. The doctor later shouted at my daughter, claiming her eyes were not properly dilated, when in fact it was clearly the staff's mistake for not checking it properly in the first place.
After two rounds of eye check-ups, the doctor suddenly told us to go for a retina test, but did not clearly explain why the test was needed or what exactly it was for. They charged 500 for consultation and 2000 for the retina test, but still did not provide proper guidance.
When we finally showed the report, the doctor barely explained anything and simply said, "Go to Ramana, we don't do LASIK." He didn't even bother to mention that earlier or guide us properly. The whole experience felt careless, unprofessional, and very frustrating.
Overall, I had a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this centre to anyone looking for proper care, respect, or clarity in treatment.

"Hi, my mother had redness in her eye, so we went to the hospital at 5:40 PM. the wait time is 2 hours, and the service was really bad. I usually visit Win Vision, Solis Eye Care, and Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, and whenever there is an issue, my family prefers to visit those places because the process is easier and quicker. But this time, my family referred me to Rishab Eye Care.
Regarding Dr. Raja Lingam, sir, first, you need to learn how to communicate with patients.The way you spoke was very rude an inappropriate. You should not talk like that. If you are aiming for a doctor position, you are unfit for it."

Took my spouse for Glaucoma evaluation on 23rd Oct 2025. The team at reception took care of the formalities and escorted us to the test center in first floor. Dr Vasanthi and her team took care of my spouse and all relevant tests were done hassle free in less than two hours. Team at Rishab Eye Care Center are very friendly and customer centric.
