I visited Vasan Eye Care, Secundarabad,for a LASIK after seeing many good reviews.the dr was ok, the overall environment was unprofessional.
During one of the scan, the manager barge in the room while I was still on bed.The female tecnician wearing glasses who was doing my scan was present, and I witnessed
overly personal closeness between them that made me very uncomfortable as a patient. Personal relationships should never be displayed in a clinical setting, especially in front of patients.
more disturbing was other staff members outside smiling and knows of what was happening. There r also no visible CCTV, no concerns or accountability.
A hospital should prioritize patient comfort,dignity, and trust above everything.
I wanted the surgery to be done by the dr asheesh but I decided to walk out and chose another hospital that maintains professional boundary. Management seriously needs to address staff conduct and patient safety.
