Beware of so-called "free eye tests" - it's a scam and a trap. I walked in assuming the test was complimentary, as is standard at most optical stores. However, after the test, I was forced to pay 250, with the condition that it would only be adjusted if I purchased spectacles from them - a clear tactic to pressure and extract money. The staff, especially the main person, was overly aggressive and kept pushing me to buy their glasses. This is not how you treat a potential customer. To make matters worse, they showcased questionable "Puma" frames priced at 9,000, which appeared dubious. Also, it's obvious they are inflating their Google ratings with fake reviews - easy to spot based on the review history of the users. Smart customers can see through this. Stop misleading and exploiting customers.

In 6 months of time my frames are broken twice. They are charging very high and quality is worst. They replaced it first time and within two months again frame was broken.
