Extremely poor customer service. I scheduled a 9:40 a.m. appointment and was left waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes with no update or explanation. After waiting that long, I chose to walk out. Appointments are meant to respect patients' time, and this experience did not. The environment felt overly commercial and impersonal. I will be taking my business to a private practice moving forward.

Micheal was extremely helpful this morning. I picked up two pair of glasses and quickly realized that were close to being identical. He helped me pick out a different pair with no additional cost. I recommend him because of his professionalism and honest approach for ensuring customer satisfaction.

The receptionist and the assistants were great. My bad experience was with the Dr. When I got called in his office he asked what I was in for and other questions and he'd cut me off right away, barely allowing me to speak. Didn't even explain my eyesight status or what my retina pictures looked like or if there were any problems with my eyes. As I was going to ask him about it he just said alright you're done go pick out your glasses. I felt rushed by him and like he barely wanted to deal with me. Will be picking up my glasses and never coming back to this location again.

Horrible!
Walked around for 15 minutes before getting even a hello! Asked if they had back stock and the woman seemed bothered by my question...I guess it was her lunch break time.
Millington did an amazing job of helping me, but have to order what I need. Millington's customer service was Top Shelf in comparison.
If you want help, spend your time and hard earned money elsewhere. The supervisor/Manager need to retrain their employees.
