My first visit here was amazing. Felicia was knowledgeable about everything and most helpful. She's very personable which makes the visit comfortable. She offered suggestions but not forcefully. She even allowed me to try on her personal glasses because the color I wanted wasn't available in store. This swayed my decision in my purchase. It was consistently busy, but she worked that store with ease and professionalism.

I have no communication from LC about when I will be able to get them installed in my frames. The store is closed and no one in Macy's knows when this office will open. Please let me know.
