Tried to get an appointment was unable to do so by phone, stopped by place of Business and Dr Mullins was standing in doorway I asked him if he was aware no one was answering phone or text he had no response I told the receptionist that I would not be making an Appt just wanted to see why after several attempts I was not called back. Dr Mullins was still at the doorway and looked at me and said so you just came here to say you won't be back I responded yes He said well hit the road. Very unprofessional and I am not the only person that has growing complaints on him I cannot recommend him

As I am reading some of these reviews. I have to say I disagree with the less than 5 stars. I went here today for a consultation and to look at glasses. Jessica was AMAZING! So bubbly, friendly, and knowledgeable! I can't wait to get my new glasses. I felt like family when I walked in the door . THANK YOU

Staff were all very responsive, inviting, helpful, and kind! Dr Mullins was professional and attentive. Really great clinic and staff.

Up front staff was very polite and patient.Dr. Mullins was great. I would recommend anyone that would like to experience good eye care.

We had such a great experience here last year. The staff were great out front and so good with my family. The optometrist was awesome and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot get anyone to pick up over three week span to schedule our yearly appointment after leaving several messages.

Kind, friendly office staff. Dr Mullins really takes the time to figure out your case, even if it's complex. I appreciate his attentive care and recommend anyone who needs a good optometrist to come see him. The main place for improvement would be an easier time getting through by phone. However, oddly enough, you can text the office number and it is very easy to reach someone during business hours to schedule a new appt, update insurance info, etc. Overall excellent practice with minor quirks. Highly recommend.

Saw the doctor a couple of years ago and had a great experience. Even received an email for my birthday asking me to come back. Unfortunately no one answers or returns phone calls. If you're waiting on a call back like I have, here's your review to let you know you aren't alone. Just go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

Probably the best medical experience I have ever had. The staff is the friendliest ever, they go out of their way to make you comfortable and answer any questions you may have, and Dr. Mullins is off the charts knowledgeable as well as very friendly! I was used to sitting around in other places having the visit take forever to get the right prescription for my eyes, but he had me sorted out in just a few minutes. He also took the time to explain what the exact issue was with my eyes and why I needed the kind of lenses I do. I am never going anywhere else for my optical needs, they have permanently acquired my business.
