Such a nice staff! I felt my appt was nicely handled, very professional and thorough. Met with 7 team members and every one was great. Got a new Rx, selected new frames and had an issue with the RX of one lens - they worked to make it right and did. Highly recommend for quality care.

This company distributes cheap products. My glasses fell apart as confirmed by Lens Crafters as defective NOT BREAKAGE. Upon returning to Whitley Hughes and after a 3 second evaluation , they deemed them non repairable BUT they could SELL me another frame for $45.00. The frames didn't break but the 2 piece earpiece slid apart and the spring came out. POOR customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend going to a accredited establishment such as Lens Crafters , etc.
