Walmart Vision & Glasses

The lady was very nice, but I was told because I got my glasses from a different location, it was against company policy for me to get new frames and I would have to buy new frames and lenses, which seems like a scheme to get more money, and it would take more than a week. I asked if there was no way to buy just frames at all, and was told no. "Company policy." Waste of time. I will never attemp to use there services again. The only positive was the employee, who again, was very polite.

This is an outstanding facility for eye exams and glasses. The lady at the reception desk was wonderful, and the doctor herself was exceptional. The front office staff is equally impressive. The prices are competitive, even for those without insurance, and the cost of glasses is also good.

Dr. Morton is hands down the best and most talented optometrist I've ever been to. I've been wearing glasses for over 35 years and noone has ever explained my condition to me better than she has! My household will continue to use her services as long as she's in business.

Before the exam took place , morton was asking me questions as in what do you do for a living etc. I answered the questions then she asked same questions over and I brought it to she attention . She did not appreciate being questioned. I feel she messed up the exam on purpose as when I got my glasses in my vision was blurry. Over a month I called the office eighteen times but never got through (voice mail each time). On the nineteenth call I got the receptionist and told her what happened. She informed me they do not give refunds or another eye exam . Also I did not get my call answered until I used a land line and my cell phone at the same time (call screening?) She asked me if I left a voice mail and I told her no,seems no one is that busy as it was different times during the day I was calling . Going to turn this over to the Better Business Bureau . (Turned this over to BBB that closed case as morton would not comply to a refund. So much for justice)This person when asked why she was asking the same questions over and over , leaned back in the chair,crossed her arms and suggested we could end the exam. Had I been told it would be a refund I would have taken it and exited.

Dr. Carolyn Morton is an excellent doctor and its always a pleasant experience when our yearly eye exams come around. I highly recommend her!

I wish there was a 10 star button they were so amazing with my kids great job ladies !!!

They are very respectful and great i can't complain about anything
