After a wasted trip to visionworks in Charlotte Pike (my old eyeglass store that couldn't even help me) I stopped into Americas Best to see if someone could help. Everyone was so kind and the woman spent a good 15 minutes fixing some screws in my glasses for me. I was so thankful and appreciative. I found my new spot. Thank you guys. Great service and people.

Everyone was nice! They go above being nice! They make you feel as though you have been coming there forever and personally know you!!! Kerry was the amazing lady that helped me with my glasses and she was extremely sweet!!! I saw Dr Jane and she took time to explain things to me and was very knowledgeable! I will be going back! They have gained a customer for life

Madi and JoJo were amazing. They helped me choose some great frames, and explained everything I was getting with my purchase. The Optometrist was kind and very thorough. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing eye care. I got an eyeglass prescription from another place and the glasses were not right so I went to american best to give them a try. They took my prescription from the other place and made me glasses the prescription still wasn't right so they took them back and got me new lenses and for whatever reason my eyes were not liking that prescription so they did another eye exam for very little cost to me. They got my prescription perfect for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful they were also knowledgeable and know what they were doing. They were very patient with me and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be using American best for my future eye care. I was very impressed with the service I got here. Thank you!!

First time using the Dickson location and a few years using Americas Best. There is a hidden gem at this this location and her name is Madi! I was looking at some frames before seeing the doctor and she came over and we were talking and told me what she liked. I immediately liked her, felt better because I was nervous because neither of my daughters coming to help me pick out new frames. When I came back up front to pick the frames and purchase, I had a different lady and I was going to ask for Madi, thank goodness they switched back. I think the lady seen my face or something lol. Madi, is honest, funny and down to earth and enjoys what she does, you can tell. Thank you Madi for making me feel more comfortable with my new frames! :)

I WISH I could leave a bad review considering the amount of bad experiences I've personally had at the various eye doctors. This was not one of those experiences. Dr. Jang was super thorough with addressing my concerns and made sure I understood what was going on. She didn't just try to up sell me something I didn't need. The staff was absolutely hilarious and super friendly. Got me into some really awesome glasses! Definitely will be going back to see them again!
