Some of the employees are really nice, but others can be quite rude. Generally fairly decent visits, but there could be improvements at times. I've been told different things by different employees and sometimes even by the same ones. Such as if you have a question that shouldn't require an appointment and/or would need an answer before there is an opening, some of the employees will take your message and get back to you, but one of the employees said "no" and would not relay the question. The glasses selection isn't the best in town, but not the worst either. I've seen different employees at the glasses section and some of them are not very cooperative (I think if it has been explained that certain types are harder to see out of, that the employee should be reasonable enough to stop showing that style and not seem irritated about it).

Still trying to navigate my new insurance, I called and explained to them. I don't have my card, but I did check the website and it says they were in network and wanted to make an appointment for two people ask about the co-pay and about what it would cost the receptionist was rude. Could not give me any answers and more or less said call me back when you figure it out and we can make you an appointment for February. I called another eye doctor. They got me in within a few days after explaining the same things she was able to tell me my co-pay. And also limit on what my insurance paid for glasses, she was super sweet and helpful. Unlike Dickson Eye health DO NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing customer service and everyone there is always very friendly and helpful. I always feel that we get a thorough exam and are well informed about our eye health. I never feel rushed, the care is always personalized. I especially love Dr. Patrick! She is especially fantastic. And kudos to the super friendly lady at the reception desk. She deserves an award for having outstanding customer service skills!

My 1st visit, outstanding service until I reached the check out receptionist desk, very very rude to questions, never smiled or said thank you after payment either, but once i called back Amy (Office Mgr. ) made my day. I took my 5 year old there for her first time seeing the eye doctor and they were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and nice to me and my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. I called on Tuesday & had an appointment the next morning! I expected it to be an all day thing but from walking in the door to walking out only took about an hour. Wonderful place, friendly staff... if you're looking for an eye doctor this is the place to go!
