Everyone there is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Dr. Brady is patient, listens, and never rushes you. He doesn't just hand you a prescription he takes his time to make sure you're getting the clearest vision and a result you're genuinely happy with.

The person at the front desk was not friendly. I asked her a question and she seemed irritated ans she did not look busy at the time. However, I will not give a bad review just because of her. The staff that did my exam and prescriptions were fabulous. I picked out new glasses and has so much fun with the staff. Overall, I loved going here and can't wait to go back and get my new stylish glasses and contacts!

I moved out of state 6 years ago and Cool Springs Eye Care is the ONLY health provider that I have not switched from. I drive the distance every year for my appointment.
This year's appt 5/12/2025 with Dr Barberic is a great example of why I have not tried to find a vision provider closer. She had moved to the very top of my list. She was very friendly and when I say she went above and beyond she did.
She experimented with every option possible to help with my near and far issues with contacts. She made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied before I left. She is the absolute best! See you next year :-)
