Great customer service. My initial prescription was off just a bit. Scheduled a follow-up and he made a few tweaks and it is now perfect! And...no extra charge! They were kind enough to give me a weeks' supply of contacts with my new 'script. Friendly staff at front desk too. Definitely recommend.

I returned for my second visit to this center after my initial eye exam last September. I am pleased with the thorough eye exam and contact lens fitting provided by Dr. Ly and his staff, who were also very cordial and took the time to explain all the procedures. I give a special mention and kudos to the front desk personnel who were welcoming and attentive.

I had a fantastic experience at every step. I got the eye exam and it was fast and comprehensive with great results. The staff was very accommodating and answered any question I had. Special shoutout to Heat Goff who helped me pick out some frames and lenses. He helped find great options for the frames and lenses that was the highlight of my time there. Will recommend to anyone.

I've been a patient at this office for several years and have seen Dr. Ethan Ly, O.D. for most of them. Dr. Ly is an excellent doctor. He gives comprehensive eye exams and remembers details from previous visits without needing to refer to his notes. He is patient, kind, and takes time to educate his patients. My son had an appointment the next week with Dr. Ly. After conducting the eye exam three times just to confirm, Dr. Ly determined that my son no longer needed glasses or contacts. He didn't even charge us for anything other than the retina photography. We certainly appreciated that kindness since we were paying out of pocket. Since the office is located in the Cool Springs Mall adjacent to Lens Crafters, they have very convenient hours. (We didn't purchase my glasses from Lens Crafters ... too expensive! See my reviews for Costco and Warby Parker) I highly recommend Dr. Ly!

First let me say that the 2 young ladies that did the preliminary testing on my eyes were so nice and friendly. I am sorry I can't remember their names but both were great. Dr. Ly was friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. He took the time to explain differences in contacts and made sure I was completely comfortable with the new brand I chose. So kudos to him and the staff at H.M Calvert and associates with Lenscrafters. I will be returning for my yearly examination every year.
