I found the office to be very efficient and professional. I have a macular hole in my left eye so several test had to be done along with dilating my eyes the whole process took less than 3 hours which is a normal time fame. Every employee was professional and friendly, willing to answer any questions My consult with Dr Charles was all anyone could hope for. I highly recommend We drove 3 3/4 hours each way and it was well worth it

My husband has been in the BEST CARE since our first appointment! We love Charles Retina! They know their stuff! Each personnel you encounter makes you feel comfortable and at ease. What they do not know they do not assume and take time to find someone who can answer your questions. Dr. Charles is by far one of the greatest specialist out here!

I don't know why this doctor does not have fifteen thousand awesome Reviews... I drove from Fort Lauderdale Florida to see him in Memphis Tennessee. He has performed 4 invasive surgeries on me.. I had severe diabetic retinopathy...Without this doctor I would have lost my eyesight seen many doctors before him and they told me that my surgery is not looking promising and I have a very. Good chance of being blind. I had to wait a long time in his waiting room granted. There were so many people from so many different places it was scary but as soon as I saw him. I could see the confidence in this doctor versus any doctor that I have ever faced. He did such an awesome job said all the other doctors that ever looked in my eyes can not understand how you use such a small needle which no. One can even see the surgery. I am writing to tell other people no matter what you hear or think this doctor has invented this surgery. He is amazing and your eyes are worth The Visit. Do not waste your time with other doctors giving you bad news. Go to this guy maybe he's a little r Stern but no matter what you think this guy is amazing and god bless you and god bless him because you should never give up on your eyes and this guy is like a hand from god...

If I were an ophthalmologist I'd open an office next door, see patients at their scheduled time and put Dr Charles out of business. We have to plan nothing else on retina appointment days because the 15 minutes we see the doctor takes 4-6 hours of waiting, every time

DR C comes with a lot of credentials he's one of the best in his field. Very warm and knowledgeable explains the procedures before he performs them. Would highly recommend because eyesight is nothing to play with.

Saved my eyesight on 2 occasions from 2 separate incidents of torn and detached retinas. Go to the webpage and check out the credentials of their Doctors. This is the cream of the cream of the crop. These people are leaders and pioneers in their profession. They treat you like a person, not an insurance claim.

Wait times are 3+ hours. Doesn't spend any time with patient and is short and rude. May be very knowledgeable but makes you feel not welcome.
