Dr Hill was Awesome and very personable. Richard V. was awesome also very helpful and tried to give us the best deal for our insurance. Can't speak for the glasses as we have not gotten them yet.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit. The staff was very unfriendly and did not seem to care about doing their jobs. They also did not know how to properly adjust glasses, which was disappointing. I live in Gallatin and had to drive all the way to the Madison location just to have my glasses adjusted correctly so they would feel comfortable and not hurt my head. If you want a team that consistently does an excellent job, the Madison location is a great example to follow. I also never received a call to pick them up. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

My experience was wonderful! From the personable staff (Liz, Hime and Ms. Tammy) to the professional and courteous office manager (Mr. Richard). From the start of my visit to the end I felt like a priority customer. However, I would be remiss not to mention how wonderful Dr. Hill is at his job. He listens and takes his time to ensure the prescription is a perfect fit! This is truly a wonderful group!

Came in for an adjustment and nose pad replacement. Thank goodness I ran into Hime. He was ABSOLUTELY incredible. I have ran a business for the past 40 years and I must say you are so lucky to have an employee like this. His communication was perfect.He was attentive and caring and made me feel like he cared about me. He was a blessing that you don't see at most companies. Hime, you are truly the best and you need to be recognized by not only your manager but the CEO of America Best needs to give you a call. I am a customer for life!!!

I had worn my last pair of contacts without realizing it, thus if I ordered online I would be out of lenses for up to a week to have them shipped. I wear a pretty high strength Rx and many places do not stock the ones I need. Happily, America's Best usually does in their house brand (Cooper Vision Sofmed 1 Day) so I called and spoke with Liz who confimed they had them. Liz was very helpful on the phone and even more so in person! I am disabled and she was kind enough to help me by coming to my car so I could email her my Rx. I felt Liz went above and beyond in providing customer service. Did I pay a few extra bucks to get them from a brick and mortar store the same day? Certainly. Was it worth it? Yes, thanks to Liz providing me an exceptional shopping experience. This store is very lucky to have her on their team. Thanks again, Liz!!!

SCAM!!! Had an appointment for my teenage son. The appointment went well and quickly. However Richard the sales man is very misleading with the $79 "free" glasses with the exam. When he went to check us out it was nearly $300 with all the fees. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. Very sketchy sales approach.

The customer care team is remarkable. However the product is far from satisfactory. I went in in September for an exam and new glasses. A week later, picked up glasses and could not see at all. They scheduled me for a follow up with an actual doctor. Go to that, and they change the prescription. Another week and pick up glasses for the 2nd time. Same thing. Absolutely could not see. It was like I was looking through drunk goggles or something. So see ANOTHER doctor for another follow up. Changed prescription AGAIN. I was hopeful that it was finally right, however, I just went today to pick up new lenses for the 3rd time. Again, same issue. I have worn glasses for over 20 years and have NEVER had an issue like this. So they say it's due to my astigmatism. Funny thing is, I've had it for at least 15 years and again never had issues like this. I'm to the point now that I just want my money back so I can go to another eye doctor so it can be done correctly. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

I am so happy i went to America's Best! I needed my glasses repaired and they fixed for free! It was also wonderful casual conversations with the staff like Hime that made the visit amazing!
