Took 1 1/2 hours just for the eye exam.
Ridiculous. that's with an advanced appointment. Go somewhere else. And buy your glasses from zenni 112 dollars vs 449 with insurance. ITS LIKE THE DMV HERE.

I drive from Wildersville, TN to get my annual eye exams here. Great staff, very easy to get an appointment! I see Dr. Frye, he's very thorough & explains things to you as well. I was able to schedule my appointment online. The paperwork was easy to fill out. I got my eye exam & ordered my glasses all in the same day. If you live out of town, they can ship your glasses to any store near you or to your home address! I hate getting my eyes dilated, I was able to get a detailed scanned image of my eyes instead! Looking forward to coming back next year!!

Another great experience at an eye appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed the whole time & their equipment is advanced. They don't try to push new glasses on you if your prescription hasn't changed much, but give you a choice instead. They also explain everything along the way, from insurance options, cost of the exam(s), and the various tests. It's a wonderful place to go for your eye care needs.

This was my BEST eye exam & contact purchasing to ANY eye clinic. EVER. I had never been to a LensCrafters, but after this trip, I will never visit another company other than LC.
Justin was super sweet & talked to me the entire time through each test & was SUPER informative. Dr. Lehman was incredibly sweet & got my prescription quickly. The girl who completed my purchase (maybe Marlo? Red headed, VERY sweet!) was the final cherry on top.
I can not wait to tell everyone about my experience. I started before I even left the store! 100/100 PERFECT service!!!
