I have gone to Visionworks for years. I have been struggling with eye, discomfort, pain, redness, etc. Since October 2025 It is now almost February 2026. I came in twice in December and the second time I was told to drink some water! And that was it "go drink some water". I finally found a different eye doctor And it turns out I had a severe allergic reaction to my contacts which has caused an infection and now I cannot see out of my right eye. I was told it will take two months Of medication to fix this since it has been going on for so long. Dr redus should be fired! And I have contacted my lawyers and further action will be taken. It is so unfortunate that I have had to deal with this for so long when it could've been prevented months ago if I had been seen and diagnosed properly.

Everyone if you want great customer service this is the place. The doctor took the time to explain what's going on with my vision and medication I take how it affects my vision. And Angel took great care of me and gave me a great deal. She was helping me save money. Hey we all could use an Angel in their lives. Lol. Seriously this place is great.

Dr Proffitt is the best MD! He is so professional caring and kind. Tyler has the best advice when choosing eye glasses so helpful friendly and has help me with my eye wear decisions many times. Had a fantastic experience! The doctor was fantastic, and the staff was personable. Wait time was minimal. Fair and reasonable pricing. And... I learned that my prescription was actually too strong and I can see so much better now! This played made being in my 50s even better! Highly recommend!

Overall the associates here are very kind and courteous. They get you in and out in a timely manner. The only problem I have is that if you want to order contacts over the phone and use insurance, you are required to come to the office/store to use it, otherwise you have to pay out of pocket. I live 45-1 hour away and would like to just call and place an order.

Highly recommend this place! Customer service goes above and beyond to help you find a pair of glasses you actually like if you are a picky person like me. They are friendly over the phone. They also specially fit your glasses to your face, which has never been offered at any eyeglass place I've been too as someone who has been wearing glasses since 6th grade. Daniel is amazing general manager and actively helps the customers and employees.
