Worst experience I've had with eye care in 20 years. Was told wrong price multiple times only to pay while there and receive a bill in the mail later much higher than originally told. Called on this and was told it would be taken care only to receive a debt collection notice in the mail later as well. The fitting was also off originally due to their mistakes. They were unprofessional and unorganized as a team and branch. Will not be going back.

It was my first time there. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful. Everyone was very professional, and it helped me relax. My prescription did not match my eyes. One of the assistants tested my glasses and just handed them back. I have to sit 12 inches from my computer screen to read anything. Would not recommend them to anyone. A fee was payed for a service I will have to have redone!

My appointment was changed due to bad weather. During my appointment 30 min into it I was told the Doctor was sick and would not be coming in today. So, not only did I waste a trip and have to reschedule things I didn't even get to see the eye Doctor. I get that people get sick and that's not the issue. The issue is that why was I notified so late. I could have rescheduled or been told way sooner than 30 minutes into my appointment. Also, the bathrooms were getting work done to them so during my contact fitting I wasn't able to wash my hands because the water was turned off. Overall the experience as a first time customer was not good. I'm not sure I'll be back.

I recently had a follow up visit to check for glaucoma and was led by a young man to a machine that does the puff of air to each eye. I had my contacts in at the time and wondered if that was correct but assumed he knew what he was doing. I had come to my appointment following a night shift so I was tired and just followed his instructions. He never asked if I had contacts, he didn't give me a cordial greeting, just "follow me". The young man had a very flat affect and also apparently missed one of the tests. Now, having checked google it seems whatever tests that were done are inaccurate. The ladies at the desk have always been friendly and professional. I have never had an issue here before which is why I gave 3 stars. In the future I will go to another location.
