Tennessee Retina

Upon having emergency eye surgery while out of town on business, I chose TN Retina for my follow-up care. Big mistake. Instead of addressing my concerns about my limited field of vision, Dr. Reichstein told me it was because of my "big nose." Hello...almost 30 years of contact sports and a veteran, I know my field of vision, and it hasn't fully returned. Additionally, the blind spot isn't anywhere near my "big nose." At no time during that conversation did he conduct himself as a professional. I will not be going back.

I have been Dr. Reichstein's patient since 2016. I am profoundly grateful to have found this physician. He answers my questions regarding my tumor with facts. He has a wealth of knowledge and wide experience. I know he is very busy but I have never felt slighted or brushed off by him. Staff are quick and efficient; they are also kind and helpful. I go to the office every 4-5 weeks. My personal wait times have varied from 5 to 75 minutes with most being around 15 minutes. This is remarkable given the level of service and attention provided to each patient as well as the number of people they serve daily.

My goodness! The staff is speedy, friendly, concerned about my condition, knowledgeable, and very patient!! (I'm on a cane and I didn't feel rushed at any time as I moved through the halls and different rooms.) I feel very confident in the diagnosis and prognosis I received this morning!! Great job!!

I wanted to take time here to appreciate Dr. Schneider and his assistant LaTrina. I especially want to recognize LaTrina who in the most professional way rescued the failed efforts of another employee who seemingly didn't come to work on today with a mind to work. I'd venture to say a class or few in work etiquettes is needed. It's especially needed when you don't perform your core job. Losing an X-ray (or not saving images taken) is a clear sign of either laziness or not paying attention. Unacceptable considering images are taken in the same location the appointment was in. Again, LaTrina saved the day, and is exactly the type of person Tennessee Retina or any other business needs to employ. Please be sure to take care of LaTrina, Tennessee Retina. I'm not from Tennessee and know the culture all too well. She's clearly a professional, I hope you're compensating her accordingly. Again, I'm not from Tennessee but I know the culture and mindset all too well. Take care of that lady if you're not. You have a great employee in LaTrina, Dr. Schenider, Melissa and others at the Hendersonville location.

Wonderful office where you will be treated by highly trained doctors. The staff and technicians are amazing and make you feel comfortable and welcome at each visit. I feel confident in the treatment regimen for my eye cancer and appreciate that Dr. Reichstein listens and truly cares about my care.

Dr. Schneider & his staff were prompt, personable and professional! For a doctor's visit.....I had a blast! I'm thinking about swinging by there ,now & then, just to say "Howdy" to them!!! I highly recommend these folks!!!
