The guy who's supposed to give information in the doctor's office can't answer a question like how much a dilated pupil exam costs.
And instead of being humble, he gets angry and responds rudely and in a bad mood.
"No thanks," I said, and I called Gallatin Walmart and made an appointment there.

Google has opens at 8am. Sent a change request in to correct the hours. Been here since 8 to order contacts and it's now 9:10 and no one here. Asked the lady in the eye doctors office and wasn't much help. Ridiculous how ppls work ethics are now days

Excellent service by experienced opticians. Lynn and Ginger were very helpful in helping me choose my new frames. The Eye Clinic Group located behind the vision center gave me a very comprehensive eye exam and I was very pleased with that as well. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Order contact lenses at Vision Center. Two employees tried to place order stated something was wrong with computer. Then couldn't get insurance authorization and told me after 20 minutes they would place the order and would call me when they arrived. Stayed usually two to three days. A week later I called to check because I had not heard anything. Employee told me their was no record of me coming in nor contacts being ordered. I told him that I would be purchasing on line instead. Even with my insurance at Wal mart I can get them cheaper on line. Won't be back!

The service at this Vision Center is the worst I have experienced in Hendersonville. The "service clerk" Lynn was absolutely rude!! With 3 small children, I learn to call in advance to make sure I have everything needed to make my trip to a store uneventful. After 3 phone calls and two trips, I will no longer go to this center. In fact, I requested the script back and told them I was going somewhere else. Lynn was absolutely rude to me and very disrespectful. I strongly urge you to go somewhere else for vision service.

I needed the fax number to the vision center, after waiting on the phone for about 10-20 minutes, whoever was on the other end hung up the phone. I will never try to use that support system again for all I needed was the fax number to get my prescription.
