Rude workers and the Dr doesn't listen to you... too busy hearing himself talk. Ordered contacts through them several times and they charged me, yet didn't actually "send" the order. I finally received them almost a month later after calling corporate. Mistakes happen, but when you pair that with rude employees I can't go back.

Staff was great except for the doctor. He was very impersonal and lacked decent communication skills. I got a sense that he hated his job and wanted nothing more than to retire. His attitude or rather indifference indicated his patients were inconveniences

I spent a lot of money ($700) on glasses and sunglasses in this store. I'm extremely disappointed because I've been back in 3 times for adjustments and neither pair fit correctly, still. Their rationale is"the lenses push the frames out and that's the best we can do." I've worn glasses since my childhood and have never been given this reason for frames not fitting. Unacceptable and I won't shop there in the future.

I made appointments for myself my husband and my son, we arrived a few minutes early from start to finish all three of us had our exams done glasses picked out and we're on our way within an hour. The staff was excellent from start to finish. My son is also special needs he is an adult and doesn't like to be around too many people, I explained to the staff discreetly and they were so kind and accommodating. They made him feel very comfortable

EXCELLENT experience this afternoon! Josh was very friendly, professional and accommodating when I called for an appointment. Upon arrival, he was very busy working with other clients, however he smiled and acknowledged me and then escorted me to the waiting area as soon as he could. Staff members were also very pleasant during my evaluations. Afterwards, Sherisa was extremely helpful, professional and very friendly when selecting frames and during the billing process. I look forward to seeing both of them when I return to pick up my glasses!!!
