Absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff is very professional and excellent at creating an experience worth continuing. Mrs Gabi is very kind and respectful and explained every result in a manner I could understand. Dr Duncan was swift and accurate with the testing allowing for a thorough but quick appointment.

I enjoyed myself here. Everyone was thorough and "friendly-professional". Cheryl and the gang were attentive and very helpful with my selection and finding the most awesome deals. I will always go here for my check-ups. I also recommend my family to go here. I'll add my pics of my frames when I get them.

The Staff at My Eye Dr are wonderful. It's a positive atmosphere all over. Staff makes you feel welcome and Dr Duncan is an amazing doctor. He never lets me down.

The optometrists were friendly and did a good job with my boys; I would greatly recommend them to others. My issue is with the department when selecting the glasses. My kid had a small hairline fracture in the frame, and the lens had no damage, caused by an accident at school. I took them back to myeyedr because on the website they claim one free repair within 12 months. This is not the case; 1st, she never even looked at the glasses, 2nd, she wanted to make a point about how it was paid by insurance, and how they may not pay for the repair, and if they do, it can take up to six months, but she doesn't know, understandable; so I proceed to ask her how much the repair would be if I paid out out of pocket, because my son needs his glasses for school. I would have been willing to pay, until she quoted me that the repair would be 289 dollars, without even looking into the computer, just to be sure, good customer service. I asked her the retail price of the glasses, and she said they were $289. I'd mind well go ahead and purchase a new pair if that's the case. Lastly, she stated their free repairs are for customers with warranties only. Why do you need a free repair if they're covered by a warranty? Unfortunate, cause it's kind of a false advertisement.

Dr. Mills and her staff are always so kind, professional and take the time needed to treat your vision needs and concerns. Would recommend her to anyone needing eye care!

Great place to have your eyes checked. Been coming here since 1998! All my glasses have come from here. Dr. Duncan is great!
