My experience with them was strange. All that I needed was prescription lenses put in my frames and they were unable to provide the service because they said that they needed me to come in. I am miles away and my mom was going to drop them off for me. All of the measurements were already done accurately ( I have 3 pairs already)and there was no need for me to come in. It seemed like they were trying to figure out how to get extra money or something. It was very odd, since they could not explain what I needed to come in for. They said measurements, but I had my PD measurements all ready for them. I have never had a problem at other stores in the past, so this made them seem a bit incompetent. The guy ended up telling me that he could not put lenses in my frames if I could not come in, so I took my dollars elsewhere.
