At Visionworks, the associate was very patient with me. Allowing me time, space and advice when choosing my frames. All staff were friendly throughout and explained the pricing and insurance to me along the way. The associate that worked with me even went out of her way to clean my current glasses and replace the nose pads. Thank you for the excellent service!

This is the best place in town. Cant express that enough. As someone with severely impaired vision, I feel like my time and money is well spent here. Tay was my associate who helped me get my glasses, and was very knowledgeable about everything including prices and how it'll affect my vision. She was relatable as someone with impaired vision. Her personality was very professional but also relatable. She was positive and outgoing. I enjoyed her company. She's definitely an asset. Thanks Tay!

My husband bought glasses from this store but the fit wasn't quite right, so he returned to get them adjusted. Unfortunately, when he went in for help, the ladies working the shift this afternoon were unprofessionally rude and made him feel uncomfortable. He was rushed out of the store as if they did not have time for him. This is very disheartening considering the amount of money he just spent on glasses at this store. We won't be going back or recommending this location.

Everyone was extremely nice, and as soon as I walked in they were ready for me. Not to mention, I came in early. They did have a wide selection it's just I'm very picky.
The lady who checked me out was extremely pleasant and something about her was very calming for me. My girlfriend agreed and even said she liked her voice. lol.
Also the actual optometrist was very knowledgeable and actually gave me and my girlfriend some really interesting additional knowledge about eyesight. It was a pretty cool experience all around. I'd definitely recommend this team.
