I had a wonderful experience! Laura greeted me right when I walked and was very welcoming. Ashley was so sweet and very informative with the process. Rosie went over everything with me at the end and was informative as well. They are such lovely ladies. Love this place!

Americas best in Lebanon is second to none. My family and I received the best customer service by Rosie. She treated us as if we were her own family and took such great care of us. She was very thorough making sure the glasses fit correctly and were comfortable too. I cannot recommend this place enough.

After going to visionworks for years and doing research on this place, Americas best is definitely the best! The staff was very friendly & nice! They got us checked in quick and right to the appointment, even when me and my fiance arrived early for appointment. Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us an amazing deal on two pairs of glasses! There also is many more glasses frames to choose from unlike other places. I would definitely recommend 10/10!

I went and had my first visit at this location. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and then a lady named ashley who done some of the testing was very friendly . Then I was sent into a room with a guy named Ryan this is where it gets very bad . I would ask him questions as to what the test was he was doing he would ignore me completly, then he would just blow to everything I said . Then I had a video call with the dr and he looked at some things and he was very friendly and professional and at the end the doctor asked me if I had any questions and when I said yes one the Ryan boy starts blowing again.So as I get up to walk out of the room with my husband who was with me the whole time. I told him he had acted very rude and my husband told him he was very rude . My husband went out and asked for a manager and he talked to her and then a young helped me pick out frames and kept apologizing for Ryan actions and she was very kind . Then the manager came over and was talking to me about frames and she was very kind . I only gave one star due to his actions the rest of the staff was great but if you go there I would recommend not seeing him bc he makes you feel uncomfortable and he is very unprofessional.

I'm a difficult person to please especially after getting informed I need eye surgery. Kiana volunteered to see if she could improve my current glasses. She went way out of her way fixing my old glasses for no charge and was so nice doing it as the place was closing, I was shocked. Best customer service, I've received in 63 years. She is an outstanding employee.

Went in today for a contact lens exam. Not only did they not tell us there IS NOT AN ACTUAL DR IN THE OFFICE! How one does an eye exam without dr doing the exam is wild! My appt was at 10:30 and no one bothered to tell us until the person working heard me asking what time the person in front of me what time her appt was at. which was 9:50 and it was 11:34 and she was not seen. Unacceptable!

I just love the technician at the store in Lebanon Tn. They all are awsome..... They ROCK !!!!!! I've been going here for the past 8 years and they keep getting my business.....Great job peeps keep up the good work

After going elsewhere for years, I decided to try America's Best after doing my research. Boy am I glad I did! I've worn glasses since 4th grade and this is the first year I was fit for progressives. (Eeeekkk) After several adjustments, I just couldn't get used to them. (Felt dizzy, and vision was often blurry.) I was determined to make these work so I went back again and finally explained all the issues I was having. I spoke with Jennifer, who was very kind and understanding. She explained to me in detail why and how the frames I had picked out for myself were not working for me. She helped me pick out a new pair that fit my face properly and sent them off for new lenses. I've never had anyone help me pick out my frames-ever. I always chose myself. I didn't understand how much science goes behind a great pair of glasses. Now I know. Also, if you're looking for lightweight frames due to heavy lenses like myself, Vera Bradley is fantastic. Anyway, I say all this for 2 reasons: Number one, make sure a professional helps you pick out your frames (and ask lot's of questions!) AND make sure you speak up if your glasses aren't working out- so YOU don't have to go through this. Secondly, America's Best is awesome! I highly recommend! A huge thank you to Jennifer for explaining everything to me in layman's terms. You rock! I love my new glasses!
