My appointment January 29, 2026 was just as pleasant as times before. The waiting area as usual was clean and hats off for the folks that ensure the area is clean and no clutter. The young girl that did my pre checks was very nice and each step she explained what was going to happen from start to finish. The examination room was clean and well organized which I know can be a challenge to keep clean and orderly with patients in and out during the day. The optometrist that conducted my eye exam was very nice and ensured my prescription was going to be correct which others look at as a number. I wasn't rushed getting the correct prescription for my new prescription.

Had a pleasant time at my appointment. Dr Smyth is very knowledgeable and friendly. Made the visit very relaxing. Callie was so helpful with me with my contacts. She made the process painless and explained everything very well to me. Highly recommend.

My experience was wonderful. There was a young girl it was. She's only been there for about two months, but there was another woman that had been there for years knew everything and she backed up all of her work, which I did ask for. I think Faith is going to be a good employee with more training, but she was pleasant and she got things done quickly and efficiently Extra thanks to faith great job!

This is an amazing place. I had gotten something in my eye and it was really bothering me. My wife and I tried flushing it out ourselves with no luck. We called late in the afternoon and they told me they could see me if I could get there soon. So, I rush to them, walked in with no wait time and within about 10 minutes they located the problem and had it removed that fast. Thank you and the staff for everything...

Family Eye Med exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The entire visit was smooth and stress-free, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my appointment. I'll definitely be returning for any future treatment. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for several years and been more than satisfied but today was different. I waited over an hour to be seen and finally had to just leave. I asked multiple times with no clear answers. 9 people who came in after me were called before me & they had later appointment times. I explained to the front staff that I am a caregiver for my 91 yr. Old father & I cannot just be gone indefinitely. She didn't seem to care. I asked if they would like to pay for the caregiver I have to pay in my absence from home & again the lady was almost rude. I love Dr. Smythe but unfortunately I will have to find a new facility that tries to keep their appointments. I cannot set and wait on an appointment and the never be seen and ask to reschedule when I am responsible for my 91 yr old father. Yall really need to do better and in all situations you need to think about your patients. Explaining , kindness & understanding goes a long way.

Exceptional staff. Most beautiful assortment of name brand frames at a very responsible price. I've never had to use my warranty with any pair of glasses I've bought; they are just that well made.

What a great experience for myself and my granddaughter. They were patient kind informative. The process was very smooth.
