Dr Goodman was patient, explained things and listened to my concerns and symptoms. An absolute life saver to come in on a Sunday for a second emergency visit. Very thankful for Total Vision and Dr Goodman who has his patients best interest at heart.

The people answering the phone need to be educated on privacy laws before trying to enforce them. They refused to give my daughter her own information even though she is beyond the age where federal law requires they do so. The previous time I had taken her there, the resulting lenses were so badly incorrect that, when we returned to our regular eye doctor, they were worried there was something neurological going on for her eyes to get that much worse that quickly; 6 months into the other doctor treating her and she was back on track. I absolutely do not recommend Total Vision!

6 min. Late today 16th torn contact. Made us reschedule for the 24th. What kind of vision Dr does this Total Vision of Lexington, TN have the most unprofesional staff I have ever seen or heard about.there were people out side talking abouth how they had been waiting am hour and a half. Places like this are what's wrong with the world today if you have a job like this please treat your customers better.

I have gone here for years, seems to steadily change this will be the second time with issues, first time bifocal were not even put in glasses this time they are in wrong, which was causing headaches to much turn over with staff
