The staff were both kind and professional. I didn't have my insurance information. It was much appreciated that Nataka assisted me with locating and verifying this information. Also, the optometrist took the time to answer any questions I had.
My daughter and I were walk-ins, had exams, and ordered glasses with our new prescriptions. The customer service was excellent and we weren't rushed. This was the best experience I've had at this location

Great office staff! So professional! Nataka one of the associate I had the pleasure of meeting was so welcoming and resolved all the questions I had. She made sure my pd measurements were correct, because the measurements were off from me receiving glasses in 2024. She is awesome! The staff is amazing! Ok so the customer service was exceptional. I asked for assistance for picking out a frame within my budget. The first pair she handed me ,I loved. Then the steps were taken to secure that frame. She was very profient. I will come to this location moving forward. I was previously going to the Nashville West location. The location in Madison was just more convenient at this particular time. As I was already in the area and had my prescription on my person .it totally worked out! Thanks!

Vision Works is the perfect place for eye care and eye exams. The doctor is very kind, smart, compassionate, and professional. The staff is awesome. They give excellent customer service and while making you feel comfortable, plus the glasses are stylish and inexpensive. I can't say enough good things about vision works.

The staff is pretty cold and apparently appointments mean nothing here. Walked in at 11:50 for a 12pm appointment, waited an entire hour with no word on when I'd be seen. This is unacceptable. I understand being a little behind but when its an hour or more that's poor business management. I won't be coming back.

Everything went well scheduling is nice. They even do reminders appointment is just a little bit lengthy and then might just be because of the day that I chose which was the end of the year, but I was in and out and I go to them every year staff is always very friendly This year. They even had a girl name Selena just like me lol oh and pls sweep that floor it's a mess lol
