Walmart Vision & Glasses

Wow! This NEW STAFF IS KILLING IT! I came in to get glasses here a few years ago and had a horrendous experience long wait times messed up glasses overpriced and not to mention the man in there fighting screaming and cursing non stop. I have a new insurance now and has to come back. I must say WOW! What a turn around Rachel and her staff Rock. This was a very smooth ran operation very easy and quick. I am thankful for the level of professionalism and respect that I received. Thank you Rachel, AJ, Saleeta, and John.

I have been coming to this location for years. By appointment or walk-in, they are great. It is a small staff so there is usually some wait -- usually one optometrist and one tech but they are great. The tech does it all front and back office -- scheduling, insurance verification, phones in addition to back office procedures. I'm sure that's how Walmart is able to offer such low pricing but there is one particular staffer that I have seen for over 10 years there and she knows how to efficiently run that practice. this particular location is convenient, provides excellent customer service, and cost effective. I've seen 3 or 4 optometrists there over the years and all have been great but the support staff the defining element that make this place great to me. I don't even bother paying for vision insurance through my company anymore. It's cheaper to pay the uninsured rate out of pocket or use FSA/HSA dollars. I don't usually get my glasses or contacts through the retail store there though. The styles are limited and the prices aren't great. I get my prescriptions and purchase my family's stuff online. However, in a pinch, I've bought a few boxes of contacts from them and it's not too expensive; especially compared to some of the other big brand optometry chains. Overall, I highly recommend this location for vision exams. Only improvement I would recommend is online scheduling and the ability to fill out forms online ahead of appointments.

Very unhappy with with the wait is extremely long.... Ordered a pair of glasses there after getting my eye exam there waited a week to get my glasses could not see out of them because they messed up the prescription somehow the reception that waited on me was very RUDE!!!! I LOVE THIS STORE! THE LADIES AT THIS LOCATION ARE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE! MS CHERRELLE, VALARIE, AND THEIR MANAGER RHONDA IS A AWESOME TEAM !!! COME AND SHOP WITH THEM !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVERYONE!!!

Very sad not even 7 o'clock in at 6:24 in they do not even answer the phone they are very sad people there They need to get people that want to work

Worst service ever!!! Employees in the eyewear area do not want to work.
