Connor Vision - Dr. Terry Connor

I am one of those lucky few who has had exceptional vision my whole life.......that is until I got old. My first experience with an eye doctor was at Conner Vision. I'm very happy with my choice, first seeing Dr Conner and now seeing Dr Tara Elam. Both are excellent doctors, Dr Elam is one of the kindest most compassionate doctors I've ever dealt with. I've been seeing her mostly due to unscheduled visits for being stupid and not careful with my eyes. Dr Elam is so kind and understanding, she takes all the time necessary to put your mind at ease and by doing such a thorough examination,all the while explaining everything every step of the way. I'm sure that everyone values their vision as much as I do, that's why I will continue to use AND recommend Conner Vision to anyone in need of quality eye care! Thank you Dr Elam, keep up the GOOD work!

I liked the doctor I interacted with at this office- however the front staff need additional training on proper phone etiquette. I was contacted 6 months after my appointment about an outstanding balance that I was unaware of, because I had paid at my visit. The staff member on the phone argued with me and called me a liar after I stated I would come in today and take care of this. Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had with a receptionist. I would not recommend using this office- even if the doctor is decent. Your staff WILL drive away all of your business if they continue to treat people this way. Beware. There are other options in this town and I would recommend using them.

Dr Connor is the first eye doctor I remember seeing as a child and he has taken care of mine and my families eye care needs since. He is truly the best at his job I can always count on his professional opinion and I love how comfortable he makes you feel like you are visiting with a friend. Not to mention his selection of eye wear is always trendy and a great price range too. Love him, his office, and staff! Especially his sweet wife and Carla

Dr.Conner is a good doctor been seeing him pass 20 years. Unfortunately, Front reception desk now days is very complacent and discriminated, having problem with insurance claim so often.

My husband is a welder and thought he had gotten some metal in his eye over the Christmas/New Year holiday. We tried getting in touch with multiple doctors offices, but everyone was closed. I left multiple messages, and the only one to call me back was Dr Connor. He came into the office while it was shut down for the holidays and was able to treat my husband's eye. He gave him some eye drops free of charge and didn't charge him anything for the visit. He just wished him a Happy New Year instead of sending him a bill. We are so grateful for Dr Connor!! You don't get treatment like this from most places these days. Dr Connor was such a blessing, and we thank the good Lord above that he was so willing to help when no one else would.

Dr Connor was so compassionate and kind as he examined my ailing husband, Eddie King. He showed professionalism yet his warmth and generosity reminded us there are good hearted people still in this world. We thank you for making his day a little brighter. CSM Doretta Ward US Army, ret.

For many years Dr Connor was responsible for the eye Care for my family. He was excellent at his job he explained everything in great detail. Unfortunately his staff was extremely rude, when he moved locations to Dr Dean's office I was hoping his staff was not relocating as well. It was the reason my family of 5 changed Dr's to begin with. Unfortunately they did and they have gotten worse over time. So I will no longer be seeing Dr Dean he has now retired, and the additional staff that transferred over is not worth the trouble. Dr Connor is - by far - the best in his field not only in McMinnville, but in the adjoining area as well. He's personable, makes you feel like your appreciated as a patient and consumer, and he takes time explaining what's going on with your vision. Ive NEVER taken time to rate a business like this before, but I STRONGLY recommend him.
