I have used this place the last 2 years with no issue until recently. Dr Dennis is great and makes sure his patients understand what is going on with their vision, however the desk staff is a different story. Again I have used this place with no issue however me and my wife scheduled out annual exam and the day before they gave us a call saying they could not find our insurance info and we would have to pay out of pocket if not resolved by tomorrow. The back of pretty much every insurance card has a provider only line for this instance, however this office stated it was not their job to look that for us. I cancelled the appointment and called visionworks nearby and within minutes they found our insurance. Completely incompetent and rude sums up this front desk staff. Sorry Dr. Dennis but you need a better team.

I used to love Dr. Dennis . He was great with my boys when they were younger but now he is so grumpy and rude and I was really unsatisfied with my visit and I won't go back to him anymore. I don't know what's happened in the last two years, but he is, really rude and I don't understand the difference and it makes me really sad. Not giving me my pupil distance, so I am forced to buy glasses at a store instead of online is hard on people who can't afford $300+ for a pair of glasses. Single mom on a budget. I won't go back. I'll find somebody else who was at least nice about the visit while I was paying them my money with no insurance. I was paying them cash full price! I'm really bummed about this, thankfully The staff was very kind, but Dr. Dennis not so much and I won't go back again. Just heartbreaking to me and disappointing.

Dr. Dennis listens and understands my vision needs. After some negative experiences with other Optometrists he has been the only one to get my vision correct. He is an excellent Doctor and will forever be my guy! The staff is friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

Love Dr Dennis' office!
We've been to several eye doctors in the past. But once we found Dr Dennis, we haven't gone anywhere else. I think we've been going to him for 4+ years. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. If you have a problem, after your scheduled appointment, they encourage you to come in so the Dr can help. We won't go anywhere else!

Dr Dennis and his staff are on top of their customer service here! I have no desire to go anywhere else. I never have to wait long at all, everyone is so nice, and Dr Dennis seems to really care about meeting my needs. He has taken the extra time and steps to assure Im comfortable with the products he reccomends, he encourages taking the time to find the right products. I appreciate that a lot! I highly reccomend this place. They care about meeting your needs on a personal basis. You wont be disappointed here!
