My first eye exam in Tennessee. I felt it was a very thorough exam. The staff was nice and polite. The doctor seamed very concerned, she explained everything and was interested in any questions that I had. The appointment was easy to schedule. I left a message when they were closed, and they texted me back to schedule. I called on a Thursday and came in on a Tuesday. I will return next year for my yearly eye exam.

I have been going to Focus Eye Care for many years and I cannot recommend them enough. Dr Jackson is caring thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She truly listens and makes you feel confident in your care.
The staff is amazing as well. They are friendly professional and always ready to help. Whether it is scheduling appointments answering questions or assisting with paperwork they make everything easy.
I now have my entire family seeing Dr Jackson because of the outstanding care we receive. They are also incredibly accessible. You can text the office or even Dr Jackson herself and get a fast response. If you need an appointment they do everything possible to get you in quickly.

Y'all, this was my first time visiting this office and I'm so glad that I chose them. First off, The front office staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk is really sweet and very helpful. She was able to get me on the schedule same day when I explained to her the issues I had at the previous office I had gone to that very same day. Their office is super cute and cozy - very welcoming. Dr. Jackson is super super sweet and very easy to talk to. She was very helpful in recommending a certain type of contact lens that I was looking for and was it very thorough with the examination. I highly recommend her and this office. I plan on being a patient of hers for many years to come!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Focus Eye Care. Each person we met from when we walked in till when we left were wonderful with my daughter who is on the Autism spectrum. Each person made things more and more calm and relaxing. They worked so well with her. Dr. J and Nicole were fabulous as were the receptionist and the optician (sorry I don't recall their names at the moment). God so blessed us with finding these wonderful people at this local business.
