I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress free. Scott was incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time to help me pick out a pair of glasses that were within my budget & exactly what I was looking for. He checked my insurance benefits against the in store sales to make sure I was getting the best deal. I really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful he was throughout the entire process.
On top of that, Jessica prepared my glasses so quickly -- I was able to get them the same day I ordered them! I couldn't have been more thankful for how efficient and professional the whole experience was. Grateful for the customer service that went above and beyond to meet my specific needs that day. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
Scott was great! I really liked the glasses options they had to choose from but they were all the wrong colors for me and my daily clothes. He took the time to look up the appropriate size and color to make sure I got what I wanted. Once was clearance and he was still able to get it in my color abs size.
He also worked hard based on my plan to see what would cost me the least amount of money with me getting contacts and glasses. I appreciate his time and thoroughness.
I will also add a shout out the optometrist which I have seen now 3 times. He is also thorough and walked me through my questions and even changed my prescription contacts at the very end after a quick trial of more moisturizering pair.
They are more expensive than some of the other eye glass places, but I truly believe you get what you pay for and they will be my choice in Murfreesboro - Tia
I went in to the Murfreesboro location hoping to get my glasses repaired and I was warmly welcomed by one of their associates -Kayla. Minimal wait time and exceeded my expectations for service! The other members of their team were also friendly! Also has a broad selection of glasses to browse through. Come here if you want to experience top tier customer service !
Kayla was amazing to work with. She helped me pick out both contact lenses and glasses, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. She also gave me a discount on both, which I really appreciated. Great customer service from start to finish.
I had the worst experience I've ever had with LensCrafters.
I went into the store to pick up my glasses, and as soon as I walked outside, I could tell my prescription was off. When I tried to read a text, it was immediately obvious something was wrong. I went straight back into the store and was approached by an employee named Karen.
I tried to explain what was happening, but she was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. She pulled up a tablet and immediately told me I needed bifocals, which made no sense to me. She then took my old glasses to the back to check the prescription. When she returned, she tried to compare my old prescription to the new one, but her explanation didn't make sense at all.
While looking at the tablet, I noticed my date of birth was wrong. My birth year is 1983, but it was listed as 1963. When I pointed this out, she snapped at me instead of acknowledging the mistake. I asked several times to see what she had written down for my old prescription, but she refused to show me and even crumpled up the sticky note.
At that point, I told another employee that I did not want her assisting me anymore due to how rude she was. Thankfully, that employee asked someone else to help me.
I ended up needing another eye exam because the new prescription was NOT correct, which explained why I couldn't see properly. I was seen by a different doctor, and I'm hoping that when I return to pick up my glasses, the issue will finally be fixed.
Before leaving, I was helped by another employee at the front who was respectful, kind, and made the rest of the transaction a much better experience. Unfortunately, the damage was already done.
I will not be returning to LensCrafters, and I do not recommend them.
Samantha was absolutely wonderful--friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer questions and ensure I felt confident in my choices. Outstanding customer service!
I've been going to a LensCrafters for 20 years. They have always been good and have the brand of glasses I'm looking for. Up until a couple of years ago the Murfreesboro was just as good. I had an appointment in May of this year to get an updated prescription but they called me and said I didn't need it so I changed it for next year.
Today I went in to get new sunglasses and get a 2nd pair of regular glasses.
Apparently you can't buy glasses there after a year without seeing a doctor. I've been in other LC that let me buy glasses well over a year so I'm not sure what this rule is about.
I left and went into another place and they were more than happy to help me. They lost my business.
Update off of their response. Apparently they take no responsibility locally which is even worse. Why do I need to go to another website to tell them you suck!? I've spend enough time money and gas on this. You are done!
had a very disappointing experience at LensCrafters Murfreesboro with Dr. Cris. It felt like the focus was more on money than on patient care. I did not feel heard or genuinely cared for during my visit, and my concerns about my eyes seemed rushed and brushed off. Eye care should be about patients' health and comfort, not just sales. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for attentive, compassionate eye care.
