Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful experience we had at Murfreesboro Optical Dispensary. Our first trip was for my wife to obtain glasses. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided. The second trip was for my glasses to be repaired. Care was provided, as if the glasses were purchased from this store and repair was free of charge. I want to recommend Murfreesboro Optical Dispensary if you have any eyeglass needs. I recently moved to Kentucky and had a special request for my eyeglasses--something I had done before where I used to live. When I explained it to several opticians in Kentucky, all I got were firm "no's." They simply couldn't (or wouldn't) do what I wanted. Frustrated and nearly ready to contact my former optician hundreds of miles away, someone suggested I try Murfreesboro Optical Dispensary. I called, explained my request, and instead of an outright refusal, I got a "maybe." That was enough for me to make the two-hour drive. In the 30-40 minutes I spent there, optician Steven Cary taught me more about eyeglasses than anyone had in my entire life. Not only was he able to fulfill my request, but he also offered an even better alternative. He truly knows his craft--listening carefully, understanding individual needs, and ensuring his patients get the best possible lenses. Thinking back, it makes me angry to realize that every ophthalmologist and optician I had seen before never bothered to provide me with or even explain to me about eyewear of this quality. The lenses Steven provided weren't just an improvement; they were like opening a door to clearer, sharper vision I didn't know was possible.

Brought a pair of broken eyeglasses to Steve and even though they couldn't be repaired, he still found some spare parts to 'fix' the glasses so they became usable again. He provides the level of customer service that we all love and miss at most places. Murfreesboro Optical Dispensary delivers great customer service.

Steve was kind enough to fix up my glasses for free after I accidentally stepped on them and popped out one of the lenses. He was very sweet and helpful, the next time we need new glasses we will definitely come back here ! Highly recommend !

I can finally wear progressives thanks to Steve! He also suggested computer glasses, and they have changed my life. He takes the time to measure your eyes properly, plus he uses quality lenses. I have been so pleased and will keep coming back as long as he's there!
