I have been a patient of Pepelea Family Eye Care for many years because of the professional yet personable atmosphere. Dr. Pepelea takes the time to be thorough with my eye care and to make sure any and all of my questions are answered before I leave her office. Melissa greets each patient and helps with all of my insurance questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Pepelea Family Eye Care.

Dr. Pepelea took great care of me and Melissa at the front desk was very helpful. I had an issue obtaining a drivers license due to an incurable disease in my left eye, but they found the solution and got me taken care of. Highly recommend this place for your vision care needs.

An exceptional experience. The day I was there (which was my very first visit), they were experiencing issues with having computer access. However, they were pivoting & adjusting beautifully while doing everything manually. My doctor was amazing... Melissa, the assistant, was sweet & kind... what more could you want? This speaks volumes especially when you're working under challenging conditions & still offering a high level of customer service. I highly recommend.

I felt I could trust her recommendations, I understood her diagnosis, and I have been given a clear treatment plan when I've seen her. Dr. Pepelea's office is my favorite optometry clinic, and I highly recommend them! The staff and the doctor herself are kind, professional, and take their time answering questions thoughtfully to ensure that you feel cared for and understood. The receptionists are responsive and easy to schedule with over the phone, and everyone there made me feel very welcome. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist even let me wait in my car and gave me a call when the doctor was ready for me to keep everyone safe during covid. As an added bonus, the reception area and exam room are visually interesting and decorated with cute pops of color. I could stay all day just to admire the cute paintings of animals wearing glasses.

I have been going to Pepelea Family Eye Care for eight years and have always had excellent care. Any questions I ever had have been addressed and my eye care is always explained. I would recommend Pepelea to everyone.

The staff is wonderful! Dr. Pepelea always makes me feel right at home. I'll always refer people in need of an eye exam to her. She is so sweet and truly great at what she does! You will not regret seeing her!

Very professional and still human. I am thoroughly happy with this place. I put off my eye care THREE YEARS between visits and not one word was spoken of my procrastination. I have a health care background which allows me to specify that they are very thorough. Also, if I may be candid, the staff are not too hard on the eyes (haha), if you know what I mean, gentlemen...
