This was my 3rd thing visiting this location. The 1st was with my husband and he had swelling and drainage from his eye. The Dr saw and treated his eye and it was cleared up in a free day. The next 2 visits were for me. The initial visit I was in a hurry and had to come back for my portion and to order. The service and staff were excellent on all occasions. What I liked the most is the multiple available times including Sunday. My me and cute Kendra Scott glasses

My experience felt more like buying a used car from a commission-driven salesperson than visiting a vision clinic. During my visit I even overheard that another salesperson was below their quota, so my salesperson gave her my sale so she wouldn't miss her numbers. That immediately made the experience feel more about sales than patient care. This was my first time ever trying contact lenses, so I expected some learning curve. By the end of the visit I still wasn't comfortable inserting them. I was advised that daily lenses were the best option and the softest available, but I still couldn't consistently get them in. I was also told the initial lenses they gave me weren't exactly right but that the shipped ones would be better. Unfortunately, there was no improvement. I still struggled to get the thin daily lenses in, and when I did, my vision still wasn't clear. A few weeks later I called to explain the issues. I was told to just give it more time and I would get used to them. Eventually I gave up trying. Now months later they're calling to sell me more contacts. When I explained the issues again, the response was essentially that they couldn't help unless I came back in, paid for another visit, and ordered more contacts. No thanks. I'll take my business to a vision provider that focuses on patient care rather than sales quotas.

Absolute trash garbage store. The staff here are really rude, I came in an hour before closing just to ask questions and one of the girls at the front had an attitude about it. I should have taken it as a sign and left then. When it came to getting my prescription made a few days later I got the sense that they were rushing me through, I was surprised at how fast it was. When I got my lense it was clear to me the prescription was wrong as everything was distorted. I came back to return it and the guy was pretty rude as well. Also when I was picking out my lense the salesman lied to me about polycarbonate and upsold me. He did not inform me of the cons for people who have high astigmatism using polycarbonate such as chromatic aberration and lower visual clarity. He only told me about the pros. This place is a disgrace. Come here if you wanna take a 50/50 on wasting your time and money

Our experience at Visionworks was excellent, with knowledgeable, friendly and professional help with selecting our glasses. We did not feel rushed. There was a wide selection. They went the extra mile to give us good information about particular options. Our insurance was accepted, with a good Visionworks insurance added in case of an accident with the glasses. We highly recommend Visionworks.

I was able to be seen quickly the entire appointment took about 30 minutes since I had already picked out lenses ahead of time. The associate attendant Drew was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with ordering the exact frames and tinting that I requested for my glasses. He really took out the frustrations of not finding the perfect pair that I needed. I'll definitely be coming back!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I visited Visionworks on 2/14/26. The first thing right off the bat was the parking. It was horrible. When I went in, the place looked run down. There was no seating available. The chairs were ripped and it smelled weird. None of the employees looked friendly or were friendly with exception to the girl who checked me in. After waiting for 45 minutes passed my appointment time, I get back only to be rushed through my appointment. It's an assembly line with no time to ask questions. During the exam I attempted to explain to the doctor that I am having problems with my night vision and that the rainbow halos from my astigmatism are getting worse. He shrugged his shoulders and brushed me off and said "well we will never get your vision back to 20/20 you are in your 40s" I thought the point in glasses is to help one see better, but whatever. Come to find when I compared my old Rx versus the new, he reduced the strength I needed for distance and for my astigmatism. Now I can't see anything at night while driving with these new glasses. Its like driving WITHOUT my glasses at all. Its dangerous. I have 2 new pairs of expensive trash. This place is a joke. I will not bring my family back nor will I recommend Visionworks to anyone else.

The employees that vision works on old Ford Parkway. We're very good. That's such a positive attitude and everything was just officially. Ran very well. Everything went smoothly. And I appreciate that.

I made an appointment for an eye exam to come in for the exam to only be told if had to come back another day to fish the visit due to the time of the scheduled visit. OK cool. I come back in only to be told that the people that covered what I needed wasn't even there. It took 3 appointments for me to just get my contacts. The following weekend I lost a contact. I called to ask for a replacement only to be told"it seems we don't have your prescription" after having ti convince this employee I did in fact have an eye exam they suggested I come in on the days the doctor that seen me would be there. I had to reschedule for the next week only to come in and be told my appoint was for my contact r&r(which has already been done prior) I told the employee I only need a replacement contact and I get the same story "oh we don't have your prescription but I can get you a replacement based km your glasses" that's not what I wanted or asked for but I finally settled for it. Then I was told it would take awhile to get the doctor to get the prescription written. This is more than a little frustrating but I told them I could wait for awhile Eben though I had a scheduled appointment . I waited 30 minutes before having enough. I go to the front desk and tell them I need copys of the prescription that I had paid for so I can take my buissness elsewhere. The employee rudley interjects "I'm getting his contacts right now before coming up handing them to me in obvois annoyance and walked away with an attitude. Do not come here for you eye care need. Absolutely trash service and incompetent staff.
