Loden Vision Centers - Nashville Office

Great experience. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes before I was taken to be tested. The technician doing my test was very good, professional and kind. Dr Hackett was very good at explaining my options, felt very comfortable with my decision. Looking forward to having the surgery and getting back to clearer vision. Liz, the surgical coordinator was awesome too, very accommodating with post op appointments and explaining the financials.

Had a good LASIK experience. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Only thing I didn't appreciate was getting a call (2 weeks before my procedure) that I'd have to get surgery done at Rivergate instead of Nashville. Much further from my house.

Very happy with the results. Dr. Loden was great about explaining everything as it happened, so I appreciated that. Only advice, ask for the higher dose of Valium. Eyes freak me out, but the whole office staff was calming throughout the entire process.

I don't know where to begin. This was a great experience all the way around! Dr. Mills and the rest of the Loden team are awesome. Waking up and seeing better than I've ever seen in my life....there are no words to do it justice. Regardless of if you get my results or just 20/20 I guarantee this is the best investment (or one of) that you can make in yourself! 100% recommend Loden Vision!

I highly recommend Dr. Bernard and his team for their exceptional care and professionalism. Dr. Bernard assured me that they could effectively address my vision issues, and he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions regarding the corrective procedures available. Samantha was attentive and detailed in her explanations of the processes involved, while Andrea efficiently handled the scheduling and cost discussions, accommodating my busy timetable. The team's genuine concern for their clients is evident, making one feel valued and at ease throughout the experience. I am grateful for the prompt scheduling and the outstanding professionalism displayed, which certainly deserves a five-star rating.

The visit itself was fine but the professionalism of the entire office was poor enough to write this review and I almost never write reviews. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen. This would be one thing if the office was busy but it wasn't (you sit in the same lobby where people are checked in and out and one person left during my wait). I arrived for my 12:20 appointment at 12:15 and waited at least a half hour before the front desk (or anyone) came out or was at their desk. I asked the woman working the lens store if they were closed and I just didn't know and she informed me they took lunch from 12-1 pm... when patients are scheduled during that timeframe. When someone came out at 12:45, she didn't address the wait and then checked in two people who arrived after me (which seemed passive aggressive since I had asked). When I was checked in, they had my appointment type wrong. As a doctor myself, I understand that mornings can run late and definitely support everyone having lunch... but have never seen an office where the whole staff takes the same lunch break while scheduled patients are waiting and then not even giving an explanation or apology for the wait. Won't return.

Dr. Mills is an awesome doctor, so talented and very personable as well. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating as well. I got LASIK, and my vision improved to 20/15.

The staff was wonderful and exceptionally friendly. I was fortunate to have Dr. Loden personally perform my surgery, which has been life-changing for me, as I have worn glasses since elementary school and am now in my mid-forties. Thank you.
